I am the local Inspector for Hammersmith and Fulham borough.

I have authorised a Section 35 dispersal order for the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham today due to intelligence about potential pre arranged fights involving young people at several locations across the Borough.

There will be an increased Police presence across the Borough. This order allows officers to direct individuals involved in, or likely to be involved in, disorder or anti‑social behaviour to leave the area. It covers all parks, open spaces, shopping areas and transport hubs across the borough.

The order is in place from 1400 to 2359 hours on 27 February 2026 and will be reviewed throughout the day. Our priority is to keep young people and the wider community safe.
